    Production Technology of Flat Strip Interlocking Decor Mesh

    The whole manufacturing process of strip woven mesh centers on precise crimping and strip interlocking craft. Firstly, metal warp wires and flat metal strips of various specifications are processed by dedicated crimping machines to form regular wavy crimp shapes. All warp wires are neatly arranged and fixed by the loom heald frames. The up-and-down movement of heald frames forms weaving gaps for subsequent strip penetration.
    Flat metal strips and weft wires are alternately threaded and locked into pre-set gaps via automatic equipment or elaborate manual operation.
